Jasmine will help to enliven sexual vitality and encourage intimacy. In addition to its aphrodisiacal properties, Jasmine is also a wonderfully nourishing oil. Use in a deep intensive facial treatment, to help smooth and revitalise the skin
Add 6-8 drops of Lemon to your diffuser to create a soothing and calming atmosphere. Encourages deep relaxation and helps to relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds.
Add up to 5 drops of Lemon per 10 ml of blending oil, or 2 drops per 10ml for a facial blend. Particularly helpful when used on areas prone to cellulite, or on oily and congested skin.
Add 2 drops of Lemon per 10 ml of blending oil for a facial blend, or up to 5 drops per 10 ml for use on the body. Helpful for all skin types, particularly oily, congested and acne-prone skin.
Add 4 to 6 drops of Lemon to 20ml of blending oil – enough for around 3 baths. Add to the water just before you get in and swirl it around. Helps to clear oily and congested skin. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin.
